I just turned 68. I'm an artist, TV reporter, & award-winning video producer/editor, obsessed with virtual reality, new tech, and fashion.

I am a firm believer in life-long learning and I'm even more eager to challenge myself to try new things as I get older. After achieving my childhood dream of being a TV news reporter, after I turned 40, I traveled across the US and around the world producing documentaries for network TV and the Internet. Much of my work involved storytelling about social justice issues. I still produce and edit videos--mostly social media and music videos. Recently, I started creating virtual reality videos.
How do you stay fabulous?Creativity is my superpower and I use it to stay unique and fabulous. I follow fashion trends but add my twist with items from thrift shops. Being fab is not only about how you dress but who you are. I love making a difference, I enjoy chatting with people and brightening their day with a smile and kind words. I'm always there for my friends and family. I also enjoy volunteering. It's always good to help out when you can.
What would you do with the $40,000?Wow, I've never won money before! My best friend is going through a rough time and she has always dreamed of visiting the UK and France. I would take her there for a long overdue vacation. I might buy myself some techie items (maybe a robot?). I would love to give my friends VR headsets because everyone should experience how cool and amazing it is. I would also donate to my favorite charity, The Climate Reality Project. I'm a climate activist and we must do more to save our beautiful Earth.
