Being over 40 & fabulous is a time of empowerment and self-assurance. I have a deeper sense of who I am, embracing my unique qualities and passions with more confidence than ever before. I’ve learned to prioritize what matters—family, meaningful friendships, and self-care—while shedding the need for external validation. I also get to set an example for my kids, showing them that aging is something to celebrate, and that being fabulous is about owning your journey and continuing to grow & evolve.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous comes down to a combination of self-care, mindset, and lifestyle choices. I make time for fitness, with a little yoga or a short workout. I also try to eat as healthy as I can. I make time for the people who matter—family and friends who lift me up and inspire me. Surrounding myself with love and positivity is a big part of what keeps me fabulous. Lastly, I wear what makes me feel powerful and fabulous. Whether that’s embracing a signature style or simply feeling comfortable!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would first invest a portion for my children’s future, help my family out, and then plan something truly special for myself in celebration of my 45th birthday.
