I have found a deeper love for my own personal healing and setting myself apart from anyone or anything that does not align with me. Being physically fit to me is important but so is my mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Since I turned 40, I have a greater understanding and appreciation for that balance.
How do you stay fabulous?I go to the gym 6 days a week, attend therapy to seek a greater understanding of my mental health and embrace that part of me. Lastly, Pray when I’m feeling off balance cause I can’t do this by myself.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to help my family with their homes. Both my husband and I have parents that live in older houses that can’t afford the repairs. And what is left, invest in opening my own business with my husband. As Veterans we want to use this as an opportunity to build and connect with other veterans through community, food and music.
