There is a lot to appreciate being over 40. I am more confident than I ever was younger. I have wisdom, I Embrace change, and have fewer insecurities. Lastly friendships have become richer and more fulfilling for me.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by making self care a priority! Not only physical health but mental as well. They are interconnected. I Keep learning new things and challenging myself. Whether it’s Pursuing a hobby or advancing my career staying mentally engaged helps me feel vibrant.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would place some money in my retirement account and the rest I would create lasting memories and experiences with a trip to a few countries. As I grow older I realize obtaining things are not worth as much as the memories you make those last forever.
