I found my true self in aging. I feel strong, confident and unafraid to be who I am. As such, I can inspire others by encouragement, positive energy and lifting up women around me, to also feel this way!
How do you stay fabulous?As we age, we commonly struggle with complications with our health. My biggest goal after recently undergoing a full spinal reconstruction was to return to an active, healthy lifestyle and to once again, live my best life. I want to demonstrate to others like me, recovery is possible! I believe in self care each and every day so we all look and feel fabulous!
