What I love about being over 40 is the confidence that comes with truly knowing myself. I feel more grounded, prioritize what matters, and care less about outside opinions. It’s about embracing growth, living authentically, and appreciating the wisdom gained along the way. It feels like the best of both worlds—still learning but with way more experience!
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is all about balance for me. I prioritize my physical and mental health with consistent workouts, like Pilates and yoga, and make sure to move to the music I love, whether it’s hip-hop or something more soothing. I also focus on self-care, eating well, and surrounding myself with good energy. Plus, I stay curious and open to new experiences—there's always room to grow and glow!
What would you do with the $40,000?With $40,000, I'd invest in experiences that align with my passions. First, I'd travel to a few bucket-list destinations for some culture and relaxation. Then, I’d put some into expanding my wellness journey—maybe a home gym upgrade or yoga/pilates training to deepen my practice. Lastly, I'd save a chunk for future growth or new projects that inspire me, all while treating myself to a little something fun, of course!
Colossal is a nationally registered professional fundraiser that inspires people to advocate for themselves and those in need. Through online competitions like Fab Over 40, Colossal offers participants the opportunity to make their mark while also making a big impact.
