44 and thriving with 2 children, recently divorced and a recovering from a TBI (traumatic brain injury)

For the first time in 44 years I finally love myself, I’ve learned how valuable and unique I am, and I’ve learned to embrace myself as an individual and I am thriving. Life’s not easy but it’s a whole lot more bearable when you take care of yourself and can be the best version of yourself for your kids and other close people in your life. I sacrificed myself for others and was beat down and defeated. My health had deteriorated so much I had a stress induced seizure that caused a TBI.
How do you stay fabulous?Self care… I’ve never done that before! - it’s so crucial!!! Diet and exercise, lots of prayer and quality time with my kids and close friends. What we put into our body is so important. So learning what is good and bad for me and changing my eating habits has been key. The more I learn the more I make changes and modify what does and doesn’t work for my body. I am active with horses and training daily and I’m thankful I am able to work again.
What would you do with the $40,000?Tithe. Take my kids somewhere special and pay off some overhead expenses that accrued over the past 3 years I was unable to work due to my TBI.
