Well to be honest I hate being over 40 !!! But I love that I am actually living my best life I went to Bermuda in May and am going back in November.. I stepped out of my comfort zone and self published a small book and started another one in memory of my mother. Using poems she wrote over the the years of her life . So being over 40 has been great you see life in a whole new prospective and realize you really didn't know everything when you were 18 years old .
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by trying to take care of myself , eat right and I lost about 73 lbs over the last year maybe a little longer . I began stretching and slowly building up to a more impactful exercise routine . Traveling is the high point of my life I love to see new places and and keeps me moving .
What would you do with the $40,000?I would buy myself a nice new reliable car and go on another cruise . But I would definitely donate to cancer research , domestic violence awareness and the food pantries in my community.
