I’m 65 and I’m holistic mostly. , I find joy in the simple things and am so grateful for my life , friends and family. I laugh at things .

I love being past all of the emotional things that kept me stuck when I was young and I enjoy telling people how to stay feeling and looking young at my age of 65. I enjoy bragging about my age and feel like I have more wisdom than I did when I was under 40. I have been through so many learning experiences. I think when you are my age you learn to slow down and appreciate things more and I’m not stuck in materialism . I take time to exercise and meditate and eat healthy and realize how importa
How do you stay fabulous?I juice celery juice and kale and carrot juice daily. I keep active and keep moving my body. I meditate . I tried to be very giving and kind to everyone and make someone’s day every single day. I love helping people. I don’t waste too much of my time on social media and get together lots with family. I love my work and have so much joy to share. I think we are here and we are sacred so I honor my temple ( body ) . I love to write and have written two books. I also love being self employed.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would pay off my car payments and my home so that my husband doesn’t have to work so hard and I would travel and donate to my favorite charity. I would go on a long trip somewhere and just relax and not stress . Maybe I would plant a garden or redecorate my home. I would definately build a cabin on our property in PA. I would take time to travel. Help my kids a little with their debt. I’d be grateful. I would maybe start an organization of some kind to help people. So many things to think of
