I love being my authentic self and loving who I am. I am more confident, appreciative of what my years have given me, and proud of my accomplishments. I don't grieve my youth, I embrace the gift of getting older. Things I thought were a big deal are not a burden anymore. I've never been happier since coming into my 40's.
How do you stay fabulous?I think fabulousness comes from being humble. I was in two very traumatic experiences and I take pride in the strength it took to get me through those trying times. Whether being a witness in a trial (I was a victim of) and watching someone be sent to prison for life for my testimony..or learning to walk again after being struck by a truck as a pedestrian.. Pushing through these events created me loving and respecting myself. I decided I wanted to be a confident, brave, and visible woman!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my grandsons and their parents on a family vacation and the rest towards an animal sanctuary I've been wanting to do for years! I love animals and always feel I could do more but need more resources. I wish I could adopt every lonely puppy out there. They bring me so much happiness and I want to do the same... I might add a few plants to my wish list too.
