What I love about being over 40 is I’ve earned every imperfection my body carries. The fine lines on my face prove that I’ve laughed, cried, and expressed every emotion under the sun. My grey hair signifies the years of hard work I put forth for the people I love. The scars on my face remind me of my strength and beauty. Such beauty is not measurable from looks, it radiates from the soul. I have experienced life and my body is the vessel that has carried me through it all-therefore I love it.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is constant work. I have spent many years focusing on my overall well being. I strive to be healthy mentally, physically, and emotionally. I read motivational literature, practice hot yoga, nourish my skin, create, write, and other things that light up my soul. I am super adventurous and love to travel. I also love helping people and have spent the last 17 years in education. My biggest flex is being a mom. I love witnessing my daughter experiencing life for herself.
