I am 43 years old ,six feet tall, and I have a six year old daughter . I am positive always , stay active , and enjoy life.

What would you do with the $40,000?I have much needed home improvements I need to accomplish to make a better environment for me and my daughter and two dogs . I would use it to get some renovation done .
