I feel being over 40 helps you gain a higher level of respect, especially as a successful woman. I feel it inspires younger adults that women too can be in positions of authority. I hope to influence many. I also feel once you enter your 40’s you stop focusing on the small start and start really enjoying what life has to offer!
How do you stay fabulous?I maintain a healthy diet, regular exercise, and practice good mental health. Making time for myself during my very busy schedule to care for myself including, reading, painting, and journaling. When things get tough I practice yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises to keep myself grounded.
What would you do with the $40,000?Honestly I would plan my dream vacation to Italy with family!
