Hello world. What makes me fan over 40 is my energy level. And that I enjoy learning all about life and want to help others live happy too.

Update I like that I have energy and willingness to want to be healthy and to work out. That I can keep up with middle school boys when I sub for the gym teacher. That I have finally set some healthy boundaries. It’s taken long enough.
How do you stay fabulous?Update I make time for me. I practice self care and meditation/yoga. I treat my whole self well. I am careful with what I eat and the products i use. I stay eager to learn and work hard but know when to take a break.
What would you do with the $40,000?This prize would help me be able to get caught up on my bills. My finances took a big hit this year. It would help me buy a newer safer car. I also would be able to help fund my fitness coaching career to help me progress it to be my main job. My passion. It would allow me to more available to help more with my grandson. I am honored to even be here and to have made it this far!! Thank you for all the votes and support 🫶🏻
