How do you stay fabulous?First and foremost I keep my mind healthy with good thought , prayer . I keep a tight knit circle of friend that lift me higher. I avoid people that don’t want to see me succeed. I follow the Mediterranean diet and gave up eating red meat . I practice Pilates , yoga , walk barefoot on the grass and meditate .
What would you do with the $40,000?I’d definitely donate to diabetes foundation , as my son is Diabetic. The rest keep for a rainy day.
