I started walking dogs when I retired. It keeps me healthy and happy being with animals, fresh air and exercise.

I'm more comfortable with who I am. I take much better care of myself and appreciate every day. I am greatful for every day and every breath I take.
How do you stay fabulous?I walk about 10 hours a week, I eat healthy, and drink lots of water. I also do not smoke and rarely drink alcohol. Sleep is a priority as well as spending time with friends and my pets. I also enjoy doing little things for others, whether it be holding a door for the person behind me or buying a homeless person a burger and coffee. Joy comes from these little things. I'm 63 and feel great.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would like to take a course in dog training and travel.
