I spent 14 years after high school training and developing expertise to become one of only 36 specialists in my field of clinical nutrition that actively consult on veterinary cases (https://www.vetspecialists.com). Now, in my 40’s, I’m giving back to the next generation of veterinarians and clinical nutrition residents as a professor in one of the biggest veterinary teaching hospitals in the US!
How do you stay fabulous?Learning and teaching every day | Focusing on the environmental impact I make as an individual | Loving my rescue Boston Terrier puppy named Miss Maple Mae | Powerlifting in my garage gym to stay physically strong | Volunteering as a youth girls soccer coach to role model the power of teamwork | Making mixed media art with resin as a way to unwind through creative expression
What would you do with the $40,000?It would be an honor to be selected amongst so many fabulous women! All funds would be used for ongoing medical treatments for my chronic autoimmune conditions so I can continue to be fabulous ❤️
