What would you do with the $40,000?The first thing that I would do with $40,000 (after taxes) is donate to the Susan B. Komen foundation, because they were very helpful to me during my cancer journey. The second thing that I would do is to donate to the Sandy Hook Promise foundation, because my community here in Connecticut was devastated by the tragedy. I would use the rest of the money to pay off my son's college tuition.
