At 76, I've gotten over myself. The things that used to concern me don't cause concern. I wake up with a sense of purpose ,embracing the day, grateful that I get another day to experience life.
How do you stay fabulous?I've been a Vegetarian for over 5 years. I walk every day with my 2 sweet rescues as I live in a hilly neighborhood. Light weights to maintain muscle mass.Not like Arnold : ) I maintain a healthy weight at 117 and 5'7". Make sure I do go to my check ups with my MD, Mamos. I have learned to let go of things that are beyond my control , practice forgiveness, especially to myself as I am perfectly imperfect. Lastly, Just be kind and spread it daily as the world needs it now more than ever
What would you do with the $40,000?. I would love to go to Italy as I have family there and my Mom's ashes are spread in my Grand mom's village. Would love to take my daughter with me too.She is now a 14 year Breast cancer survivor. Most likely would give a substantial amount to St Judes to help children as I am a former chemotherapy RN and these children and their families deserve all the support while going through the treatment provided.
