By maintaining this positivity and connection to the world, I have cultivated a sense of purpose and vitality that has helped me navigate life's ups and downs with grace and strength.
How do you stay fabulous?I incorporate physical, mental, and spiritual health by walking daily, practicing yoga, and strength training are ways that I maintain my physical fitness and overall well-being. I always listen to my body and adjust my activities as needed. Staying hydrated is crucial for optimal health and energy levels. Incorporating meditation into my routine not only strengthens my relationship with the Lord but also enhances my mental clarity, reduces stress, and promotes emotional well-being.
What would you do with the $40,000?I am excited to share my journey as I embark on the adventure of writing a couple of children’s books. I hope to bring joy to children while supporting a cause that is very close to my heart. Funding plays a crucial role in the independent publishing process. The journey starts with meticulous planning, writing, and editing, followed by the necessary steps to publish the books. I’ve reached the stage where I’m seeking support to bring these stories to life.
