I feel just as beautiful today at 61 as I did when I was 30. The difference is that today I embrace all of me , my mind heart and my body with total confidence and pride. I love the opportunities that are made available to women today verses where we were 30 years ago . A women in her forties, fifties, sixties and beyond can be healthy , in great shape and sexy .
How do you stay fabulous?Having a positive attitude and being grateful about the so many blessings in my life . Taking care of physical and mental health is a daily priority . Working on me in being the best version of me to share myself with all my love one . I eat healthy , work out regularly and enjoy living the present moment. I balance my time between work , play , friends and family . Last but not least is my tremendous Faith in God!!’
What would you do with the $40,000?I would take my fabulous 83 year old mom and my son on a much needed vacation . I would do all the things I wanted to do for my mother my whole life but was not able to do it financially.
