At 49 my confidence level is off the charts and I love how deeply I’ve tapped into my feminine energy. I’ve aged gracefully, embracing every part of the journey with gratitude. There’s a sense of wisdom that comes from the experiences I’ve had, and with that, a profound sense of self-love. Being over 40 is about owning who I am and fully appreciating the strength and beauty that comes with this season of life.
How do you stay fabulous?I am a woman who pours into myself daily. I achieve this through prayer, daily affirmations, journaling, walking by faith, visualizing, manifesting, and a great therapy session! I have been vegan for six years and cook my own food. I work out multiple days a week, with a few days focused on weight lifting with my trainer. I stay hydrated and get six to eight hours of sleep daily. I choose to enjoy life regardless of what's going on around me. It's not about what happens but how you respond.
What would you do with the $40,000?A portion would go into further developing my wine and lifestyle event company enhancing the client experience to build a sustainable brand presence. Another portion would go toward growing my modeling and acting career, which could include professional photoshoots, updating my portfolio, and attending industry events or training to sharpen my skills. The goal would be position myself for long-term entrepreneurship and sustainability, ensuring each step aligns with my vision for the future.
