I love being over 40 because l know myself so much better than I ever have! I have been through so many ups and downs, tons of trauma and tragedy and I am more prepared to handle life’s circumstances better than ever! Being over 40 is extremely empowering! At this stage in my life I am not dependent on anyone else financially or emotionally! I am equipped to handle all of life’s challenges! I’ve learned not to apologize for being me! I don’t envy anyone because there is only 1 FABULOUS ME!!!
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by staying active and relevant. I love to be active and I enjoy the outdoors!! I keep myself in fabulous shape by eating healthy, exercising, and avoiding smoking and drinking! I love hiking, especially in mountains! Some of my other favorite physical activities is cycling, camping, fishing, and of course chasing after my 8 children & 7 grandchildren! I keep my mind sharp by doing crossword puzzles, playing trivia, solving Sudoku, jigsaw puzzles, reading, and daily meditation.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of the funds for our local food banks & churches. I would love to donate to breast cancer awareness. Recently I’ve been helping to organize & bring supplies to those affected by the recent hurricane Helene & hope to do the same for the upcoming hurricane Milton. I would use some of the money for those who have lost most or all of their belongings in natural disasters. Lastly, I’ve always dreamt of starting my own business & this would make that dream a reality!!
