Finally appreciating my body and how much it has done for me over the past 4 decades. I think it is so easy to pick ourselves apart, but this phase of my life I have learned to appreciate every lump and bump and am in awe of how far this body of mine has taken me. I just feel grateful.
How do you stay fabulous?Oh well - I think I’m supposed to say working out and staying hydrated. But in reality, it’s iced coffee, sneaking in naps when I can, moving my body as many times as I can during the week, and a good retinol cream and SPF. I could do better about hydrating though. 🤗
What would you do with the $40,000?Oh my goodness. I would pay off my debt (school loans etc). There is a dental procedure that my mom has needed for a long time, so I would want to make sure she got that done. With whatever is left I would put in a savings account for my two kids for college.
