After years of struggling with low esteem, I have grown to love myself through the realization that I don’t have to be everything to everyone which allowed me to shift my focus inward. I know it sounds so simple, but it is truly liberating to realize I am a good person with a huge heart and it doesn’t matter what others may think of me.
How do you stay fabulous?I learned this past year I have venous insufficiency and Lipedema. I could have run away from the news and ignored my condition but instead I attacked it vigorously by eliminating processed foods from my diet, walking regularly and practicing lymphatic drainage. I am committed to be the healthiest version of myself to control my condition.
What would you do with the $40,000?I had kids later in life, and am a single Mom. I would love this money to fund my girls college tuition instead of using my retirement savings.
