I run a nonprofit treating skin side effects from cancer treatment. Despite having multiple sclerosis for 24 years, i love helping people.
We would like to thank you for supporting Holly Brown in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
I love that I have the wisdom and education to grow my nonprofit to help cancer patients all over the country treat their skin side effects from treatment. Skin issues are the number one side effect of cancer treatment. No one talks about it. Let’s stop this suffering.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by putting my own struggles aside to help those that are suffering every day. Undergoing treatment for cancer is bad enough, but then add a 1st degree burn on top of that or being unable to bend over because your skin will split and ooze is unimaginable.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would donate half of it to my charity, Looking and Feeling FAB, Inc. This money would help us continue to spread our services all across the country and help those who would otherwise suffer in silence.
