What do you love about being over 40?

What I really like about being over 40 is the confidence and clarity that come with experience. I’ve learned so much from past challenges and successes, which helps me make better decisions now. I also appreciate having a better understanding of what truly matters to me, whether it’s in my career, relationships, or personal growth. It’s a time where I feel more secure in who I am, and I’ve learned to balance work and life in a way that feels rewarding and fulfilling.

How do you stay fabulous?

I stay fabulous by focusing on self-care, both mentally and physically. I make time for activities that keep me energized and happy, whether it’s exercising regularly, eating well, or spending quality time with loved ones. I also believe in staying curious and continually learning new things, which keeps life exciting and fulfilling. Most importantly, I embrace who I am and try to radiate positivity wherever I go

What would you do with the $40,000?

I would spend this money on my self-development, as I have already been both a medical doctor and a software engineer. I also believe in giving back, so I would support the local community school and KAHEV, a foundation established by female doctors to support education in Turkiye. Lastly, I would save a portion for my daughter’s future, so she can be inspired by my journey. I plant today will grow into a tree that bears fruit not just for me, but for generations to come.
