I love who I am and where I am as a woman in my 40's. I am a self made woman who has survived adversities and learned valuable lessons. I am proud of my life experiences, studies, career, and being a polyglot. I love that in my 40's my wealth is who I am as a person and my ability to connect with people from diverse cultures. I love the peace that I am experiencing, my confidence in mastering skills, and the ability to create a balanced harmonious life style for myself and my kids.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing self care through regular exercising and mindful eating. I love to jog! By focusing as well on my mental well being through gratitude and continuing to grow. By allowing the child inside of me to enjoy my time with my children! Planning activities, with friends and loved ones, keeps me motivated and gives me something to look forward to. It helps me stay balanced, energized and fabulous! Confidence, self care and embracing my individuality helps me feel Fab!
What would you do with the $40,000?Will donate to agencies helping children going through grief and losses. Support cultural programs. Education and creating online educational program. For education, empowerment and humanity!
