40 is personal growth, wisdom, and acceptance that comes with age. It has been a life changer for me it is where I learned to find self, my strength and understand my feelings weaknesses & my mental health. As parents we carry alot of weight caring for our families, working while not losing site of who we are and our dreams. As a mom I have been through trials and hard roads but I persevered and I want to motivate others to do the same. And not be apologetic for going for what you want!
How do you stay fabulous?I care for myself with skin care,I nourish my body and take time for myself I read and got into pilates. I keep myself busy with productive things that uplift and motivate me to get better everyday as a person, to inspire and motivate other moms. I love deep cleaning and keeping a clean home is a clean mind with more time to enjoy other things. Im a powerhouse mom and full time professional seeking my purpose in life. I love brunch, cooking and eating food! Wine is my go to and coffee is my goto
What would you do with the $40,000?I believe that we need to focus on mental health, Alot of moms’s are struggling to heal from generational traumas that affect us parents. In order to be better we need to feel better, we need support to be better parents or person. my 21 year old was recently diagnosed with Autism and ADHD it has been a major change. I want to help and inspire others struggling. I want to be able to help moms and our youth who need someone to listen and care, as someone who struggles as well I hear you!
