You know, there’s something truly special about being over 40. I used to think this age would feel… old. But now that I’m here, I can honestly say it’s one of the best times of my life. Let me tell you why. The first thing I love is the confidence that comes with this age. In my 20s and 30s, I was always trying to figure out who I was, what I wanted, and constantly seeking approval. But now? I know who I am. I’m comfortable in my own skin.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous means keeping my energy up, and for me, that means moving my body in ways that feel good. I’m not talking about punishing myself with workouts I hate. I’m talking about finding movement that brings me joy—whether it’s yoga, a fun dance workout, or just a walk in nature. It keeps me feeling strong, happy, and fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?"If I won the $40,000, I would take my mom and my sister-in-law on a special vacation. I want to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday and show my gratitude for everything she’s done for me, especially as a single mother raising two kids. I would also take my sister-in-law to celebrate her incredible strength and resilience after recently finishing her breast cancer treatment. These two women are the most important people in my life, and I can’t think of a better way to honor them.
