Feeling great! Many women my age have physical limitations. I feel bad for them because I feel great everyday! No aches or pains anywhere! My body feels as good as when I was in my 20s.
How do you stay fabulous?I exercise at least 4-5 times a week and for 30-40min of cardio to keep my metabolism up. I watch what eat and let myself indulge every once in a while.
What would you do with the $40,000?For one thing, I’d like to take my 86 year old mother to see her family in Germany. She, nor I have seen them in over 20 years. I’d also like to help my older children and do a small home improvement.
