How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by prioritizing my self-care and well-being, physically mentally and spiritually. I have continually challenged myself to stay physically active after my weight loss journey, continuing to learn about myself and nurture my passions for helping others heal.
What would you do with the $40,000?This would be a blessing in disguise! After an injury forced me to resign and care for my 3 boys while living with family, I’d invest the $40,000 into their future and expanding my business. I’d offer workshops and resources to help trauma survivors heal, reclaim confidence, and create opportunities to support my community.
