I left a career of 22 years and started my own business as a PMU artist, scary as hell, but killin' it!
We would like to thank you for supporting Heidi Bean in this year's competition. Your support helps us contribute to the National Breast Cancer Foundation who provides early detection, education, and support services to those affected by breast cancer.
It's an honor to age, I feel as may don't get that privilege. I have worked with many younger women in career as a permanent make up artist who have't beat the odds and don't get that privilege. So It has made me VERY grateful!! Also, seeing my children thrive and become young adults.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying active, eating well, but still having FUN! Also, I work in a med spa so that certainly helps;)
What would you do with the $40,000?I would grow my business. I have recently started into the area of paramedical tattooing, with nipple and areola tattooing and scar camoflage. Helping women and men feel more like themselves after life altering journeys. I am actual attending a " day of hope" for cancer survivors in the next coming week. We live in a relatively small area so I want to spread the word. There are more things that I would live to learn and do!! And I may take a small trip to celebrate;)
