Since I turned 45 , I have learned so much about myself when I stepped back from having relationships with people that didn't belong in my tribe. I quit being a people pleaser. I realized I had boundaries and when those were crossed the respect was. I started realizing my worth in the world. I learned to value myself , so it only made sense that my mind, body and soul was in total align with itself. I believe when I opened up my creativity and let it become Me then I was complete.

Lots and lots of pampering. You are the only one that can achieve what You want to. Whether it's a successful business or maintaining your youthful appearance and agility. Alot of soul searching, meditation, long hot baths, soothing music tones to energize your being. Buying that favorite perfume that u love so much. Just for you. Being completely true to yourself and not settling because it seems to be the norm. Stay fabulous by staying out of the box

First I would take a much needed vacation. Spend a week or two with my daughter. Buy myself all new bath towels and pillows. And the finer things that make your heart happy. Than I would invest some into a new venture I've been dreaming about . Nothing in this world could and that Joy. It would be the nicest thing that has ever been done for me . How very appreciative and greatful I would be.
