There's a wisdom that comes with age & when we respond to it, it can lovingly guide nearly every aspect of our lives. Being over 40 is a gift. There's a sense of maturity, but there is also a sense of childlike freedom. I'm no longer bound to the opinions of others, as I was in younger years. My boundaries are tight. My relationships are top notch. There's a sense of belonging I never experienced before now, because I know no matter what I belong to myself and I love who I've become!
How do you stay fabulous?Breath work and meditation have changed my way of living, by alleviating anxiety and anger, while also guiding me to be more self-aware and mindful. The things in life that really matter to me have become more of a priority. Roadtrips fuel my soul. I no longer take important relationships for granted. I fuel my body with natural herbs and beautiful raw foods as often as possible and I exercise just enough to feel good in the skin I'm in!
What would you do with the $40,000?I'd take a few of my favorite people on a wonderful long weekend trip to remember. I'd then invest the remainder into my business and finally take the meditation teacher training I've been longing to take. If I win, this will move me into the future I desire much quicker.
