I'm less of a target for predatory behaviour. I'm overlooked and therefore, have the freedom to be myself. Kids are grown & I'm finally responsible for JUST ME. I can give myself the love and care I really need because I'm not expected to sacrifice myself anymore. I have a better understanding of MY health & the time to celebrate my achievements.
How do you stay fabulous?I have 3 hours of magic (me) time every day. I do yoga, meditate, journal, read/plan/study. I eat clean: no processed foods. I walk & spend time in nature. I speak my mind & set an example for compassion, belonging & safety. I PLAY as often as I can & do art. I love my work-all the jobs that I have ever had. I nourish my body, mind & soul daily.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would eliminate my debt and get a new car. I strive to spend money wisely & live within my means, so I don't splurge. I would also take a trip with my kids because I miss them.
