I love having experience and knowledge - if only I had known some of this in my 20s! While it can be challenging fighting against the signs of aging, I know so much more now about what is good for my mind and body so I have a completely different approach than I did earlier in life! I love being a mom and sharing experiences with my daughter and showing her it’s brave to be a strong, smart and driven woman and I find more and more women now supporting one another which is incredibly powerful!
How do you stay fabulous?I work hard to balance my home life, work and ensuring I keep moving! Even if it’s a small walk or a quick Pilates session the minutes add up and it’s so important to stay active! I am also always trying new products to up my glow game and continue looking youthful naturally. It’s not easy with others around taking on Botox and weight loss drugs but I am truly focused on setting a good example for my daughter and aging as gracefully as I can.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would invest in potentially opening my own consulting business and create more balance in my work/home life! It would allow me to spend more time at home so I’m not missing those special moments as much and to focus on doing more of what I love by giving back more time to non-profit work as well.
