I think what makes you fabulous over 40 is the mindset that you are not too old for anything.

The great thing about being over 40 is that you just start to care less about what the world thinks of you, and you really get to know yourself as the unique and wonderful individual you are. I've also found reflecting about life and the human experience has made me more forgiving to myself, and more compassionate to others. We're all a work in progress!
How do you stay fabulous?The main thing is your mindset. we are middle aged, not dead! we can still try new things, feel beautiful, worthy and fulfilled. I like to keep a pretty balanced life, I work hard but also take time to relax. Self care is so important, I give myself facials and manicures. I walk a lot and do pilates. I sleep 8 hours everyday, I don't smoke, I've been a vegetarian for 30 years. I also still love fashion and like to keep up with trends that suit my figure.
What would you do with the $40,000?I've been working as a jeweller for other local companies for nearly 8 years now and have always wanted to start my own jewelry business with a focus on women our age. So I would put 100% of the winnings into starting a Demi fine small batch jewelry line that is still current with trends but shows older women (and anyone for that matter) that they can still be exciting and current. I really feel that women our age tend to become invisible but I believe we can change that!
