I love the fact that I feel more in control over my body and my life. Things like weight and appearance no longer affect me. I am very comfortable in my own skin. Is a very refreshing and liberating feeling. I also feel like I’ve come to a point in my life where what other people think does not matter. I am at a place where I do what truly makes me happy. It is also nice to look back and feel happy at all the life experiences I’ve had, good or bad that shaped me to be who I am today.
How do you stay fabulous?I’d like to say I owe a lot of it to my spirituality. I like to be very consistent with meditation and yoga every morning. I feel like once you have a clear mind to start your day works wonders. Releasing negative energy and replacing it with positive energy radiates in every aspect of your day. I exercise regularly and I really feel like I have a good eye for style, something I’ve been interested in since I was a child.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would definitely donate some of the money to Shriners hospital which is a non profit. My nephew was born with hip displacia and they were absolutely wonderful and heaven sent. I have donated yearly ever since. It’ll be 17 years this year. With the rest I’d obviously splurge on a few things for myself but I’d definitely do something nice for my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews
