I love the journey of longevity and the self-love that comes with time. The insights I've gained help others find balance and confidence, and I feel more connected to my purpose than ever before.
How do you stay fabulous?Staying fabulous is about embracing intentional self-care and making it a part of my weekly routine. On Self-Care Fridays, I slow down and focus on nourishing my body and soul. I love taking long bubble baths infused with essential oils, allowing myself to relax and reset. Juicing is a big part of my routine, with fresh ingredients like kale and ginger to boost my vitality. Ginger shots keep me energized and support my wellness, helping me stay grounded, refreshed, and fabulous.
What would you do with the $40,000?If I won $40,000, I'd invest in building a juice bar at my yoga studio. It would offer fresh, organic juices tailored to support health and vitality, perfectly complementing the wellness journey of my clients. With a focus on ingredients like kale, ginger, and turmeric, the juice bar would provide nourishing options post-class, promoting overall well-being. This addition would enhance the holistic experience at the studio, blending yoga and nutrition for a full-body reset.
