I am a 59 year old confident, unapologetic, authentic woman. I have completed 12 marathons since 2013. I love who I am and I love my family.

I love who I am. I am comfortable in my skin. I am kind, empathetic, and grounded woman. My loves are my sons, husband, and close friends. Running and writing poetry are my therapy. I have run the L.A. Marathon to raise awareness and break the stigma surrounding mental health and suicide.
How do you stay fabulous?To keep myself fabulous, I schedule a massage every other month, mani-pedis every 2 weeks, facials every 3 months, and hair color treatment every 3 months. I run at least 4 times a week. I meditate at least 10 minutes everyday and I practice mindfulness.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would use some of the money to donate to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Some of the money I would use it towards home projects and part of the money to travel.
