I love being over 40 and still living my best life, I not restricted because I have been taking very good care of myself over these many years. By trying to eat healthy, consuming water, not sodas, and limiting my alcoholic consumptions investing in vitamins and minerals that complement my body structure and my mind keep it sharp by continue to do things inside and outside of my home by visiting my grandkids whenever possible and spending time. Surrounding myself with positive people.
How do you stay fabulous?That came from my mother. She was a fabulous woman so she passed that on to me so I just take care of the best I can with all of Olay and Dove and moisturize myself often. Just take care of me.
What would you do with the $40,000?Make a donation to a charity of women that are struggling to live and society today with children or without.
