I have found spirituality, wisdom, a confidence in myself. I'm not as worried what others think of me. I also have found a grace of understanding other women and people. I always compliment other women and work to empower them. A simple compliment, a hello an act of kindness helps other women to feel supported. I tell my daughters that they can accomplish anything that they put their hearts and mind towards. I'm confident in my body image and no matter what our age we can accomplish anything.

I eat healthy, lots of organic veggies, fruits and lean protein. I practice yoga and mindful meditation. I walk a lot. I believe having a loving, supportive family and family of friends makes all the difference. I also believe that creativity and learning new things, languages, a musical instrument and keeping relevant to trends helps keep us connected. We can remain youthful and hip. Hip is an old term to describe a person open to learning and in the know of what's happening.

I would contribute to women's causes, education healthcare for the poor. I made the Top 15-. But, this is for Breast Cancer Research. Anyone that lost a mom, sister, relative or dear friend knows how important this is.. I am dedicating my campaign to my dear friend and, sister in spirit: Katherine Mary McGill who lost her life to this horrible disease in 2004. Kathy was an opera singer and artist.
