I just turned 43 this year and I can't believe how grateful I am to be in a self loving place with everything in my life! From self care to motherhood, my forties are amazing. Receiving my 2nd kidney transplant at 43 has motivated me to stay fit and fabulous. I love fashion and all the beauty hacks! Staying young physically and mentally is a priority for me. Learning to love and embrace all the challenges that come with being a woman in her 40's.
How do you stay fabulous?Since I have been blessed with a second chance at life, I prioritize moving my body as much as I can. I try to aim for 10k steps daily and sleep at least 7hrs. I follow all the trends from skin care to fashion. Creating time for myself to take care of all my needs is very important. Meal prepping on Sundays has helped me not only save money, but know what I'm feeding my body. I'm a single mother of a beautiful 16yr old, so being a role model for her is important.
What would you do with the $40,000?I know we are all struggling in some way. Receiving $40,000 can change so many things for me and my daughter. Living in NYC has a lot of perks but also has its challenges. I would pay my rent for a year and take my daughter on vacation that I haven't been able to afford for us. I would honesty save the rest until she is ready for college. Saving up for school as a single mother with health issues, isn't easy to facilitate.
