Turning 40 felt like opening a new chapter in my life. With my kids grown, I’ve rediscovered my passions and embraced new adventures. I’ve turned my side hustle in photography into my main career, and I also manage social media for a med spa and work with Performance Tire at IndyCar races. Staying fit is about strength and vitality, and I love the confidence that comes with it. Life after 40 is full of freedom and new possibilities, and I’m just getting started!
How do you stay fabulous?Keeping fabulous is truly a mindset! Going on walks is a great start! Walking is so mind clearing and invigorating too! It’s the place to start! I don’t drink as much alcohol or soda now and that makes a difference in how I feel as well! Each day deciding to face it with positivity and vigor is key! Challenging my days by forcing myself to step outside the box and live life unapologetically! Having my older sister and cousin close enough to help me get into or get out of trouble helps too!
What would you do with the $40,000?I would most likely get a new vehicle that makes me feel FUN! I know I should put it in retirement, but I have always dreamed of having a vehicle that was all mine (and maybe all pink or even bedazzled!) not allowing my husband to sway me! No kids to tote around, no need to be as practical as everyone always suggests for me! Ooor I’d get a swimming pool! Both are dreams I have that no one has allowed me to explore my entire bust my ass life!
