Finally becoming comfortable in my own skin! After a certain age you become unapologetically yourself. I’ve defined my own personal style and my best accessories are the tribe of strong women I surround myself with. I started a work out routine at 62, proving it’s never too late ! Volunteering my time for non profit organizations gives me a sense of purpose. With age comes wisdom, and that’s priceless. Although there’s been some ups and downs, life is beautiful!
How do you stay fabulous?Being a good person on the inside first. A good Mother, Sister, friend. You have to be good to yourself as well. I work out 5 days a week, and protect my peace of mind. I made a rule with myself to say something positive (and genuine) to at least one random woman each day. The smile that lights up their face, is contagious and it’s a true gift to me . Don’t forget to define your own personal style, It’s both how you dress and how you conduct yourself. Being your authentic self is fabulous 💜
What would you do with the $40,000?After my cancer diagnosis I was no longer able to work full time. I was forced to liquidate my savings and 401k. That left me with VERY little. I would love to be able to have a little nest egg, and not have to rely solely on my social security disability. I’d like to do something special for my first grandchild. And perhaps even myself ! 😉
