I have really come into my own. I feel a sense of freedom in regards to not focusing or caring anymore what people think. I am able to just be me. MY weird quirky self. I have discovered that it is Ok to be vulnerable. It is ok to say no and it is Ok to set boundaries.
How do you stay fabulous?Yoga. Hiking. Walking my dog. My tight knit circle of friends. Mental health retreats. Me time. All of that is so super important. I make sure that I set time aside each day for myself, whether it be sitting outside with a cup of coffee reading a book, going to get a pedicure, or just chilling with my dog.
What would you do with the $40,000?So many things! I am an empath, so I think a nice amount of it would go to an animal shelter and to the victims of Hurricane Helene. However, I would be lying if I said I would not use some of it for myself and my friends and family. There would be a trip or 2 for sure. My Dad has Parkinson's disease and is getting older. His only bucket list item is to go to Tuscany & stay at a villa. I would love more than anything to do that for him.
