As soon as I crossed the threshold of over 40, I put a lot more emphasis on how I felt about myself vs seeking external validation. I love the wisdom I have collected over the years while still again backwards. The best of both worlds. I believe the greatest beauty secret is doing the inner work and living a heart centered life. You can’t buy that type of real beauty. There’s a sort of allure that is cultivated and it becomes a magnetic force. I feel liberated and there’s no better feeling.
How do you stay fabulous?I stay fabulous by following my pleasure, joy, and listening to my heart and body. I believe there’s general best practices like high quality water, sunshine, movement, honesty with yourself, plenty of orgasms, and meaningful connections. But I also believe everyone’s ingredients are a bit different and how much we need is personal to each of us. It’s our job to reveal what works best for ourself. We are our greatest mystery to uncover.
What would you do with the $40,000?I would love on myself so much. I have a couple mentors I would love to do deeper work with. I would purchase some sound healing instruments. Perhaps an infrared sauna. What I’m really feeling is traveling around the world… Bali, Egypt and maybe Greece. That’s a solid start. What fun to imagine.
