I love being over 40. I am wiser & have more love for life & myself. I’m grateful. I feel comfortable in my skin, embrace all of me as I focus on being greater. My children are my greatest teachers & motivate me. I choose me, body, spirit &soul. My age will never define me. Self care is a priority, I can give more to others by being present I treasure quality & simplicity. I create my life through faith. I choose to live being love, peace & shine bright also in darkness. Know & be thyself.
How do you stay fabulous?My health is priority. My mom died young battling cancer as well as other family even younger. Self care is key beginning from within. I do my best to balance all my roles to be a great role model by the way I live. Body, mind and soul. Faith pray and journal. Gratitude for everything. Healthy diet, meditation & moving. I love the beach. I read & love learn. I follow routines with skin care, along with rituals to balance. I love alone time. Able to give to others & make room for fun.
What would you do with the $40,000?With the current economic increase I honestly would like to pay off any bills I currently have, and travel. Also, I would like to find a wise way for investment that would connect to my spiritual journey to give back to kids. As a teacher/ reading specialist I would love to share tools with kids that assist and connect to self with kids. Since there are rapid changes and confusions that are happening with children.
