I feel wiser and I find that I am wanting to work on myself in ways that I did not before 40. I am now a life long learner. Which means that I am growing and evolving every single day. I find I am able to set boundaries now, and was not able or willing to this in the past. I advocate more for myself. I was diagnosed with breast cancer when I was 41 and it was stage 0. I fought with doctors who told me it was nothing, cause in my gut I felt they were wrong. I was right and caught it super early.

I work out 7 days a week. Monday/Friday/Sunday I do 60 minutes on the treadmill 15 incline going between 4.4 - 6.0 in speed. After that I do one hour of weights upper body. Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday I do 60 minutes on stairs going between 8-9, followed by 60 minutes lower body. Wednesday is my cardio ab day. I do 60 minutes on treadmill followed by 400 meter sprints with 200 sit ups 5 rounds. I also eat very clean, take supplements and use led red light therapy.

I would use it to help people. It is my happiest place. I volunteer on Fridays at an organization called InTOTO Creative Arts. They do arts for the homeless. So I would use some of the money to help them. Then find random acts of kindness to do as well. It's something I do with my son when we vacation. We will pay for people's dinners, hand out gift cards, small things to make people smile. It's nice to be nice. If more people were nice just think of how great our world would be.
